RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY

At Côté Joli, every piece is carefully curated to offer you style and quality every day. If an item doesn't meet your expectations, we'll do everything we can to help.

RETURN PERIOD
You have fourteen (14) calendar days from the date you receive your order to submit a return request. After this period, no request can be taken into consideration.

ELIGIBILITY CONDITIONS
To ensure the smooth processing of your return, the item must be returned in its original condition: unworn, unwashed, unironed, with all labels attached and in its original packaging. Any item showing signs of use or not meeting these conditions will be returned to the sender. Please also include your receipt or proof of purchase with your return.

ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN
For reasons of fairness and quality, certain categories of products cannot be returned or refunded: Items purchased during our promotional offers or sales (final sale). Underwear and swimwear (for hygiene reasons). Accessories (jewelry, scarves, belts).

EXCHANGES — OUR RECOMMENDATION
At Côté Joli, we prefer exchanges over refunds. Unsure about the size? Prefer another color? Our team is here to help. To arrange an exchange: Send an email to contact@cotejoli.com including your order number, the item concerned and the size or color you'd like. Our team will check availability and send you a return label by email. Print the label, attach it to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest USPS, UPS or FedEx location. Once we receive your returned item, we'll ship your new item within 48 hours. Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the item you want is no longer available, we'll offer you a refund instead.

RETURN PROCEDURE
If you'd like to return an item rather than exchange it, please follow these steps: Send an email to contact@cotejoli.com including your order number and the reason for your return. Our team will send you a return label by email. Print the label, attach it to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest USPS, UPS or FedEx location. Return costs of $7.00 will be deducted from your refund. Please note that any return not previously authorized by our customer service team cannot be accepted.

REFUNDS
Once we've received and inspected the returned item, we'll send you a confirmation email. If your return is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within seven (7) business days. Return costs ($7.00) will be deducted from the refunded amount. Depending on your bank or credit card provider, there may be additional delays before the credit appears on your statement.

DAMAGED ITEMS OR ORDER ERRORS
If you receive a damaged item or an item different from the one you ordered, please contact us immediately at contact@cotejoli.com with a photo of the item received. We'll send you a prepaid return label and process an exchange or a full refund at no cost to you.
