Shipping
What are the delivery times?
United Kingdom: 3-5 working days. Ireland: 4-7 working days. Rest of Europe: 5-10 working days. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is shipped.
Is shipping free?
Shipping costs £4.99. On orders over £80, shipping is free to all destinations.
Which countries do you ship to?
We ship across all of Europe: United Kingdom, Ireland, France, Germany, Spain, Italy, Netherlands, Belgium, and more. Free shipping on orders over £80.
How can I track my order?
As soon as your order is shipped, you'll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your parcel in real time.
Returns & exchanges
What is your returns policy?
You have 14 days from receipt to request a return. The item must be returned in its original condition: unworn, unwashed, with all labels attached.
How do I return an item?
Send an email to contact@cotejoli.com with your order number. We'll send you the return instructions by email. £6.99 will be deducted from the refund for return costs.
Are returns free?
£6.99 will be deducted from your refund for return costs. Items purchased during promotions are final sale and cannot be returned.
Do you offer exchanges?
We don't offer direct exchanges. You can return the item and place a new order in the size or colour you want.
Sizes & products
How do I know which size to choose?
On every product page you'll find a size guide with detailed measurements (bust, waist, hips). Many of our items are one size (UK 6-16). Unsure? Go for the larger size.
Do the sizes run small or large?
Our clothing generally fits true to size. Some items like blazers and blouses have a slightly roomier fit for extra comfort. Always check the size guide on the product page for exact measurements.
What is your clothing made of?
We mainly use natural materials: cotton, viscose, linen and cashmere blends. The exact composition is listed on every product page under "Composition".
Do the colours match the photos?
We do our best to display the colours as accurately as possible. Due to screen differences, the colour may sometimes appear slightly different. All our photos are taken in natural light.
Order & payment
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major payment methods via Stripe: credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), Apple Pay, Google Pay and Klarna. More payment options coming soon.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Send an email to contact@cotejoli.com as soon as possible. If your order hasn't been shipped yet, we can cancel or change it. Once shipped, cancellation is unfortunately no longer possible.
How long does a refund take?
Once we've received your return, the refund is processed within 5-7 working days to the same payment method you used.
Collection & stock
How often do you launch new collections?
We launch a new collection every month. Our pieces are carefully curated in Paris. Once an item sells out, it doesn't come back — so be quick!
An item is sold out, will it come back?
No, our collections are limited edition. When an item sells out, it won't be restocked. Follow us on Instagram to be the first to know about new drops.
Are your products available in physical stores?
No, Côté Joli is exclusively available online at cotejoli.com. By selling only online, we can offer the best quality at a fair price.

What if I receive a damaged item?
Contact us immediately at contact@cotejoli.com with photos of the damaged item. We'll find a solution: refund or a replacement, at no extra cost.
Can I get help choosing my size?
Yes! Send us an email with your height, weight and usual clothing size, and we'll personally recommend the best size for the item you want to order.
